Question 1

There is a piece of vacant land in the city center. Some people think the vacant land should be used to construct buildings for companies in order to offer more job opportunities. Others think it is better to build a park instead for people in the city to use. Which one do you agree with? Please explain why in details and examples.

就是城市中心的用地到底是解决现有的问题和需求（比如住房阿，工作阿，娱乐设施阿），还是用来建公园或者种树等等对环境好的。

这个题目比起昨天的来说，还算是比较亲民的，毕竟和大家生活比较相关…

如果用来建公司的话，就可以说，能够提供工作机会阿，给很大一部分城市里的人解决一定的问题，能够有一份工作，或者有一份更好的工作，赚钱养家，更有幸福感。另外如果建公司，还能够吸引别人过来这个城市，无论是创业还是来工作，对城市的发展来说肯定是好事的。

如果建公园的话，可以说，对当地的居民来说是好的呀，有一个不错的地方可以去放松，城市中心比较嘈杂拥挤，公园可以给他们跑跑步，散散心，周末还能够和家人去晃一晃。另外公园对环境来说也是好的，里面的树阿草阿能够帮助清新空气，也让这片区域变得更 attractive。
