毕竟还是比较日常的题目。
如果选择 those who are of the same age，可以说
同龄人间有更多话题，更能聊起天熟悉起来。比如大家都喜欢怎样的音乐、知道平时什么 video games 比较火，最近有什么热门话题等等。
另外，比自己年长的人虽然有经验，但是他们的经验可能已经过时了，或者不一定适用于我现在的情况，很难给到我切合的帮助，遇到困难的时候，可能还是同龄人能够给到自己建议。
如果选择 those who are older than me，可以说
从他们身上学到很多，因为他们有经验，需要帮助的时候可以找他们问意见（比如选什么学校，什么专业比较好等等）；同龄人也还在经历同样的阶段，可能也在挣扎，比较难帮到自己。
另外和年长的人交朋友能够培养自己的沟通能力和社交能力，在学校已经有很多机会跟同龄人相处，但是毕业之后难免会需要和不同年龄的人打交道（比如工作上），所以有比自己年长的朋友能够帮助自己提升下交流能力。
